V-E Day honors the surrender of Nazi Germany during WWII in 1945.

Post Dinner Meeting.  Always scheduled the second Monday of each month.  Pot luck dinner, monthly theme, business meeting consisting of committee reports, announcements, Old/New Business, etc. 

By proclamation of the President, a day to recognize those men and women in law enforcement that lost their lives or were disabled in the line of duty. Flags will at Half Staff.
